These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Gevity (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Gevity is a personal-organisation tool. Reminders, charts, the AI Symptom Checker, the family health score, lab-report parsing, and any other feature in the App are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified clinician. Always consult your doctor for medical decisions, especially in an emergency. If you think you're having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately — do not rely on the App.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you put into the App. We back data up via Firebase but you should still keep your own copies of anything critical (e.g. the original PDF of a lab report). We're not liable for lost or corrupted data, including data lost due to your device, your network, or third-party outages.

The AI Symptom Checker uses a third-party language model to generate responses. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Do not act on AI output without a real clinician confirming. Do not type information you wouldn't want a third party to see (the language-model provider receives your query). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Some features are free; some are gated to a paid subscription tier. Subscriptions are billed through your platform store (Apple App Store, Google Play) or RevenueCat, on the schedule shown at purchase. You can cancel from your store account settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by the store, not us, except where required by law.
The App's name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. You may use the App as installed; you don't get any other rights. Your data remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process it solely to operate the App on your behalf.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@getgevity.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are dormant for an extended period. We'll give reasonable notice except in cases of abuse.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your specific health-management needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gevity, its operators, and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We'll bump the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, flag them in-app. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India, unless the law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
