Is my health data private?
Yes. Your data lives in your authenticated cloud account, encrypted in transit and at rest. Per-member sharing controls let you decide which categories your family can see. We never sell data, and we never use it for advertising.
Does the AI symptom checker replace a doctor?
No, and we go out of our way to remind you of that. The AI is informational — it asks clarifying questions, ranks possible causes, and assigns an urgency level. It's a triage helper, not a diagnostic tool. Always consult a clinician for real medical decisions.
Can I add my parents to my family?
Absolutely — that's the point. Add any family member, send them an invite, and they can join with their own login. You control which categories of your data they see; they control theirs.
What happens if I cancel?
You can export all your data as JSON, then delete your account at any time. After cancellation, you're moved to the Free tier — your records stay accessible, just within Free-tier limits.
Which devices work?
iOS, Android, and any modern web browser. The same Gevity account syncs across all of them in real time.
Are lab reports actually parsed?
Yes. Snap a photo of a lab report and our on-device OCR + parser pulls out the values (glucose, HbA1c, cholesterol, etc.) into the right vitals rows. You review before saving.
